Meet our Panelists
Jake Curtis
Jake Curtis is a Vice President at Bourne Partners, a healthcare-focused investment banking advisory firm. He has 5+ years of dedicated pharma services and healthcare investment banking transaction experience, leading sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising advisory transactions across nearly all pharma services subsectors.
David Fitzgerald
David has over twenty-five years of experience managing private equity, private credit, and venture capital partnerships & investing in high growth companies. David leads Petra’s healthcare investing activities and has spent his entire career focused on the healthcare, information technology and business services sectors. Prior to joining Petra, David was a General Partner at Richland Ventures, one of the largest venture capital funds in the Southeast. Earlier in his career, David led market development and acquisition activities for InformDx, a diagnostic laboratory company and THG Management Services, a managed healthcare company.
David has board-level experience with many successful growth companies including: SpecialtyCare (sold to American Securities), US Healthworks (sold to Dignity Health), Televox (sold to West Corp.), Appriss (sold to Bain Capital), Synhrgy (sold to Mercer), Salveo Specialty Pharmacy (sold to Catamaran/Optum), New Century Hospice (sold to Curo Health Services/Humana), Clinipace (sold to Caidya), CareMetx (sold to General Atlantic) and Three Oaks Hospice (PE buyer).
He currently serves as a director on the boards of Urgent Team, SUN Behavioral Health, Etairos Health, Aging With Comfort, Support, Inc., Centerline Healthcare Partners, Acute Behavioral Health, American Vascular Associates, Viva Spa, Lieberman Research and ABS Kids, where he serves as Chairman.
In the community, David serves as a Trustee on the Board of Harpeth Hall School. David received a B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University.
Harry Fisk
Harry Fisk is the Chief Financial Officer at AmeriPro Health LLC, bringing more than 20 years of financial management and strategic planning healthcare experience. His expertise is founded in a history of creating national, scalable enterprise platforms, managing multiple accounting system integrations for multi-site healthcare companies, and being operationally minded. He has integrated numerous acquisitions, converted companies from cash to accrual accounting and implemented numerous process improvement projects. Harry has provided executive leadership as the CEO, CFO, and advisor in numerous multi-site healthcare verticals including EMS, Allergy & Asthma, Fertility, Hospice, Contract Rehab, Urgent Care, Urology, Dermatology, and Infectious Disease to name a few.
Harry is a passionate, results-oriented leader who moves quickly to define, motivate, and achieve team objectives. Harry is a driven, humble servant leader, emphasizing the personal and professional development of the team around him. As a hands-on manager who is detail oriented, his strong intuitive understanding of team cohesion, dynamics, and collaborative style helps him connect quickly with others. With a background in law and accounting, Harry holds a JD and CPA, which equip him with a unique perspective on financial operations and compliance. At AmeriPro Health, Harry is committed to enhancing financial performance and supporting the Company’s mission to provide exceptional medical transportation services and growing the paramedics and EMTs he serves.
Harry earned his JD from the Bowen School of Law, Univ of Arkansas and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1996. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from Hendrix College in 1991. Harry became a Certified Public Accountant in 1993.
Harry is married to his lovely wife, Kelly. Together they have four children and live in Franklin, TN. Harry is a devoted family man who enjoys adventurous travel, hiking, snow skiing, and playing golf.
Jeanne Hecht
Jeanne Taylor Hecht is Lexitas’ Chief Executive Officer and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors. Her industry career spanned over twenty-five years as Board member and Chief Executive Officer of multiple companies, including CEO at Ora and senior executive at companies such as Median Technologies, IQVIA, Decision Biomarkers, and the UNC Oncology Protocol Office. Jeanne also launched and expanded a Life Sciences consulting practice that supported companies with sales, marketing, and market growth strategies as well as advisory and board work. She is primarily motivated by helping to bring relief to patients. Jeanne is an active Advisory Board Member for the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler’s Business School and lecturer at the business school. She contributed to the creation of Wake Forest University’s master’s in clinical research program and remains an active industry advisor to the school. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from that university’s Ross School of Business.
