Zack is a motivated and quantitatively oriented team member with the desire to serve his clients as well as his community. His skills include financial analysis as well as communicating cross-functionally to drive process improvements and meet business goals.
Prior to joining the CREO team, Zack served as a finance manager for Syneos Health, a leading CRO and CCO in the Raleigh area. While at Syneos, Zack was responsible for the financial consolidation of the commercial business units and worked closely with executive leadership to drive gross awards and revenue growth. Zack has also worked in an operations finance capacity with both PPD and PRA Health Sciences. Before beginning his career in the CRO industry, Zack served proudly as a US Marine, where he served two tours in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
Zack received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington and an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill.
