An experienced industry professional with over three decades of expertise in the life sciences industry and a passion for quality assurance, quality systems, and regulatory compliance, Vincent excels in preparing organizations across the spectrum—from startups to fully commercial enterprises—for regulatory scrutiny.
Vincent started his career as an Investigator for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where he conducted hundreds of complex inspections of life sciences companies both domestic and abroad which resulted in countless inspectional observations, warning letters, seizures, and injunctions. This experience formed the bedrock of Vincent’s distinguished career in the life sciences industry starting as quality engineer and progressing into hands-on management roles at several startup companies. Vincent has been instrumental in building and leading high-functioning teams to navigate and achieve regulatory approvals for novel and high-risk medical innovations which have gone on to receive wide commercial acceptance enabling remarkable patient outcomes.
After his startup success, Vincent went on to serve in top leadership roles at global organizations such as Becton Dickinson, C.R. Bard and Smith & Nephew where he built and led diverse and expert quality and regulatory compliance teams across the globe.
As a lifelong learner with a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience, Vincent established his own quality and regulatory compliance consulting firm in 2019 called Practical Compliance Results, and in 2024 joined CREO to lead their quality and regulatory services practice to engage with clients in the life sciences industry to understand their unmet needs and implement streamlined and practical solutions with a focused and personal approach.
Leveraging his vast professional network and his platform on LinkedIn, Vincent has frequently been a featured expert in life sciences industry publications, conference speaker, and was recently recognized as one of MD+DI’s Top 24 Medtech Voices to Follow in 2024. As a trusted expert in the field, Vincent has also been a frequent guest on several life sciences podcasts with the sole intention to deliver valuable insights and guidance to educate the life sciences community.
Vincent received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Wagner College in NY where he was active with numerous scientific national honor societies
