Senior Consultant Thinh Vo is a Project Manager and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) Engineer who, prior to his extensive consulting career, spent over a decade building a deep foundation in quality control, analytical chemistry, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Based in Menifee, California, Thinh draws from more than 15 years of progressive experience in highly regulated FDA/GMP environments to deliver robust quality engineering and strategic project management. He specializes in leading cross-functional teams—bridging the gap between Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and R&D—to execute full-lifecycle validation projects and optimize business processes for prominent life sciences and medical device leaders. His technical skillset encompasses the end-to-end validation lifecycle, including the development of Validation Plans, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, Risk Assessments, and Requirement Traceability Matrices, alongside advanced proficiency in industry tools like JIRA, qTest, HPALM, and SAP.
Thinh earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside. He is a proven leader in driving continuous improvement, managing CAPA executions, and ensuring total audit readiness for complex, multi-million-dollar portfolios.
In his free time, Thinh enjoys cultivating and maintaining his home fruit trees and evergreen landscaping, playing strategy games, watch basketball and exploring the roads of Southern California with is wife and two sons.
