Sheena comes in with more than 20 years of IT support experience. She takes pride in providing the best service to her peers and clients.
Prior to joining CREO, Sheena worked as the IT Support & Operations Engineer for Lightfully Behavioral Health. She was fully in charge of IT orientation, asset management, new contracts negotiations, and managing installations at brand new site openings. She was highly involved in all aspects of projects, working with various departments as the lead for IT Operations.
Sheena’s background includes working in health care and multiple startup biopharmaceutical industries assisting with all their IT needs. She has extensive experience in both hardware and software.
Sheena holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems – Network Concentration from California Institute of Arts and Technology.
