Patrick has held various roles in the IT industry. He previously served as a systems administrator for a mid size healthcare company. Prior to that he served as an IT Manager of a small managed service provider, leading his team through multiple technology transitions and supporting a broad spectrum of clients. He is well versed in help desk, active directory, firewalls, Microsoft 365 and various other technologies. He enjoys learning new products.
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University, and holds several industry certifications with a desire to pursue more.
