Melissa Church

Prior to joining the CREO team, Melissa was SVP, Strategy for Catalyst Clinical Research. Over the course of her time with Catalyst, she was responsible for developing and implementing the organizational growth strategy, including M&A. She worked closely with the Catalyst Board of Directors and private equity investors throughout her role. Prior to Catalyst, Melissa held leadership roles across the UnitedHealth Group organization, including VP, Growth Enablement and New Business Services for Optum and VP, Growth Operations for United Healthcare Community & State. In these roles, she worked closely with business area executives to build growth strategies, implement and measure growth performance metrics, and provide system and process training to enable various business development teams. Melissa’s focus is culture + performance. She believes strategy success is driven by a laser focus on performance underpinned by a strong organizational design coupled with a healthy corporate culture. She was a certified Culture Facilitator at UnitedHealth Group (Senn Delany). Melissa Is also currently pursuing her Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. Melissa holds a BA in Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina – Asheville.
