Mason brings a strong foundation in business management, financial analysis, and strategic planning to his role at CREO. A graduate of the University of Edinburgh with first-class honors in Business Management, Mason has developed a reputation for delivering data-driven insights and fostering collaborative environments to tackle complex organizational challenges.
Prior to joining CREO, Mason held leadership roles where he managed cross-functional teams and developed actionable investment strategies. At Prosper Social Finance, the United Kingdom’s oldest student-run ESG investment fund, he led a team of 30 analysts in managing an ESG portfolio, delivering measurable positive impacts. Additionally, he spearheaded cost reduction efforts that resulted in a reduction of operational expenditure by over a third.
His experience extends to developing innovative data-driven tools for operational efficiency, such as creating financial models to streamline analysis processes at Habitat for Humanity, reflecting his passion for combining analytical rigor with community-focused impact.
