Mark Bethers

Over the past 25+ years, Mark has held senior leadership roles in HR, Finance, & Operations across a variety of life sciences companies, including IQVIA, Pfizer, Syneos Health, BioAgilytix Labs, and CREO Consulting.  Mark first became acquainted with CREO during his years at BioAgilytix where he and his colleagues regularly relied on our consultants to facilitate the envisioning of their long-term corporate growth strategies and to augment their efforts to stay on track with the corresponding short-term goals and tactics.  Mark is dual-hatted at CREO.  Serving as our Chief People Officer, he has transformed our HR function.  As an Executive in Residence, he serves our clients as an executive coach and meeting facilitator.
