Lauren brings excellent professional experience in Information Technology & Informatics Systems Management to the CREO team.
Before joining CREO, Lauren served as product services lead, overseeing the informatics services for Novartis Biomedical Research IT and managing a team and community of product service managers. She also served as an Engagement Lead for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, providing strategic guidance and leadership to their global Integrated Insights team. In addition to her management roles, she also was an individual contributor, managing global IT and IS projects.
Prior to her roles at Novartis, Lauren was the East Coast IT Manager and National IT Project Manager for Ethos Veterinary Health. In addition her experience includes Principal Application Engineer, Networking Project Manager, Systems Admin and IT Analyst & Remote Site Advocate.
Lauren’s slogan is “your success, is my success, is our success”. Strong teaming practices and positive leadership are key components to her operating style; she loves bringing together different people/expertise in service of a common goal. She is a leader by nature, and is ready to roll up her sleeves and do what needs to be done to complete the mission. She is result driven and passionate about creating incredible user experiences. Prior to her corporate career she taught skiing and snowboarding.
Lauren earned her undergraduate degree in Communications and holds a Master of Science in Management focused on Business Continuity, Security & Risk Management.
