Harrison Marisiddaiah brings a distinctive combination of scientific expertise and business strategy to his role as Senior Analyst at CREO. Having grown up with a deep passion for life sciences, Harrison pursued his undergraduate studies in Animal Science at NC State, where he also completed minors in Microbiology and Nutrition. He went on to earn dual master’s degrees through NC State’s Jenkins Graduate School of Management, completing both a Master of Microbial Biotechnology and a STEM MBA, graduating with honors from both programs.
Prior to joining CREO, Harrison spent three years at TARGAN, an agricultural biotechnology startup, where he served as a scientist with project leadership responsibilities. In this role, he led the cross-functional development of an AI-enabled microorganism detection platform, coordinating across biology, software, and engineering teams to bring the system from concept to deployment. Working within a startup environment gave Harrison early exposure to the full breadth of an organization, sharpening his ability to translate complex scientific needs into actionable strategies and navigate ambiguity across diverse teams.
Alongside his work at TARGAN, Harrison deepened his consulting experience through six graduate practicum engagements with biotechnology and pharmaceutical-services organizations across the Research Triangle. These projects spanned digital health market entry, rare disease commercialization strategy, and consumer market analysis, reinforcing his passion for helping organizations solve complex problems and create meaningful impact in human health.
Outside of work, Harrison plays racket sports, stays active outdoors, and is always looking for the next challenge, most recently taking up snowboarding.
