Haley is an emerging leader with over nine years of diverse professional experience. Her dedication lies in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and fostering trust within organizations. Haley collaborates with leaders to align their teams with strategic objectives, ensuring engagement and cohesion throughout the process.

In 2022, Haley transitioned to her role as CREO’s HR Business Partner, driven by her passion for people development. She initially joined CREO in 2017 as an Operations Assistant, advancing to a client-facing Analyst role in 2019, and eventually becoming a Consultant in 2021. During her tenure in CREO’s Growth Acceleration practice area, Haley played a pivotal role in strategic planning, process improvement, team building, and delivering Tilt 365® workshops. She was instrumental in two post-merger integration projects, focusing on change management and communication strategies.

Before joining CREO, Haley gained valuable experience as a litigation assistant in personal injury law firms, where she supported attorneys and paralegals.

Haley is a certified Tilt365® Master Practitioner and holds a Benchmarks Assessment Suite 360 certification. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Criminology focus from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned her MBA from Liberty University in 2019.
