Connie Pearcy

Chief Operating Officer

Connie is an operating and commercial leader who combines over 25 years of proven experience with industry acumen to accelerate growth, unlock operating efficiencies, and develop high-performing teams. 

As CREO’s Chief Operating Officer, Connie is responsible for leading our consulting teams as they delight our clients through high quality, high impact, and high value engagements across our full service portfolio, from Corporate Strategy and M&A to Digital Transformation, Analytics & AI, and Quality & Regulatory Services. She serves as an advisor and executive coach and is actively engaged in strategic discussions with our clients and their private equity investors. Prior to becoming COO, Connie led the company’s Digital Transformation practice area, contributing to the firm’s recognition on the Inc. 5000 list and the Triangle Fast 50.

Connie has held several technology executive leadership roles. She served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Data Privacy Officer (DPO) at BioAgilytix, a high-growth global bioanalytical lab, and as VP/CIO at the American Kennel Club (AKC). Connie’s career experiences also include tenures as Deputy Program Manager/Principal at SRA International, where she led the enterprise IT team at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, and Director of Global MIS at Channel Advisor, Inc., where she oversaw corporate IT functions across eight offices in the US, UK, Germany, and Australia.

Connie earned her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a certificate in secondary education from East Carolina University.  She is a certified Executive Coach, earned her PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, and is a graduate of the SRA Trusted Advisor program.  Connie has deep experience in M&A, driving compliance against FDA and data privacy standards (including GDPR, FISMA, 21CFR11, Computer System Validation, and HIPAA), and maturing organizations through Lean Six Sigma, CMMI-SVC, and ITIL practices.
