Charne’ brings a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and life sciences to her role at CREO. Having grown up across South Africa, Australia, and the United States, she developed adaptability and a global perspective that shape how she collaborates with diverse teams. Charne’ graduated top of her class at NC State, where she earned dual master’s degrees in Microbial Biotechnology and a STEM MBA, building on undergraduate studies in Genetics and English at the University of Georgia.
Prior to joining CREO, Charne’ worked at United Therapeutics as a Budget, Communications, and Operations Associate. In this role, she advanced AI-enabled diagnostic initiatives, redesigned clinical funding systems, and piloted immersive training approaches, gaining expertise in process design, data analysis, and stakeholder alignment. She also broadened her experience through graduate consulting engagements, where she advised industry partners on marketing strategy, supply chain resilience, and innovation initiatives.
Charne’s early career included laboratory research on African Trypanosomatids and cerebral palsy, which gave her a strong grounding in scientific inquiry and complex problem-solving. Today, she remains deeply interested in advancing healthcare outcomes across diverse therapeutic areas, with a particular passion for women’s health and helping teams work more effectively together to achieve shared goals and bring meaningful improvements to patients.
