Bryan Conley is the Chief Financial Officer for CREO. He has more than 20 years of experience leading and directing finance organizations, across a variety of industry verticals. Bryan has a track record of developing and implementing innovative “best business practices,” focused on driving digital transformation to leverage automation and operational efficiency, while accessing real-time data and analytics to enhance the strategic decision-making process.
Bryan maintains a true enthusiasm for life and an unwavering level of integrity. He has a deep belief in the value of relationship-building, and a commitment to the underlying loyalty and trust that lasting relationships are predicated upon.
Prior to joining CREO, Bryan held various finance leadership roles with industry-leading organizations, including Thorne HealthTech, Plex Systems (Rockwell Automation), Beacon Roofing Supply, and Hilton. He brings to CREO a depth and breadth of experience in the areas of corporate strategy, forecasting and planning, analytics, treasury, and investor relations. Bryan has experience at all stages of an organization’s life cycle and has worked with some of the largest private equity investors in the world, including Blackstone, Golden Gate Capital, Francisco Partners, L Catterton, and others. He has a depth of experience in mergers & acquisitions and has navigated more than a half-dozen exits, five of which were by IPO, and has successfully negotiated and closed more than $2.5 billion in equity offerings and debt financings.Bryan began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a Master of Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Kansas and is a licensed CPA.
