Alexis Addison

Alexis started her career in the non-profit sector as an Administrative Assistant, transitioning to an Administrative Coordinator and then the Business Operations Manager at the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. As the Business Operations Manager, she managed the company’s financial and operations systems. Alexis then took a new opportunity in the public sector as a Program Manager at the NC Office of Strategic Partnerships where she gained extensive project management experience and helped launch a new platform to promote research opportunities across the state. Embracing her competitive nature as a track & field college athlete, Alexis is self-driven, results-oriented, and believes in delivering every client the best service possible. Alexis is very excited to join the CREO team and looks forward to working with some of the best and most seasoned leaders in the industry.

Alexis earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from North Carolina State University. At NC State, she was captain of the Women’s Track and Field team and earned several All-American and All-ACC honors. She holds the women’s outdoor long jump record, represented Team USA in two international meets, won the 2015 indoor ACC championship, and qualified for the 2016 USA Track and Field Olympic Trials in both long jump and the 100-meter hurdles. After graduating, she competed as a professional track athlete across the country and overseas. Alexis also earned her Master of Public Administration from NC State graduating in the top 10 percent of her class.
