Aidan Nichols brings experience in artificial intelligence, automation, data analysis, and process improvement to his role as a Senior Analyst at CREO. He is passionate about helping organizations translate emerging technologies into practical solutions that improve how people work, make decisions, and deliver value.
Prior to joining CREO, Aidan worked in AI and automation consulting, where he designed and implemented solutions to streamline internal workflows, analyze complex documents, and support data-driven decision-making. His experience includes developing AI assistants, document-processing tools, reporting solutions, and automated workflows using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI, Python, Power BI, SharePoint, and n8n.
Aidan has also helped lead organizational AI adoption initiatives by evaluating potential use cases, establishing best practices, educating employees, and supporting teams as they incorporated AI into their day-to-day work. He enjoys working at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, combining hands-on technical development with the communication and change-management skills needed to drive meaningful adoption.
Aidan earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. His background in economics, finance, and data analysis allows him to approach technology initiatives with both analytical rigor and a strong understanding of business needs.
